Laurentian University in Canada Laurentian is a bilingual public research university headquartered in Greater Sudbury, Canada. The university was founded on March 28, 1960 and offers bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs.

In 2012, about 9,000 students were enrolled in bachelor’s degree programs and 500 students in master’s degree programs. Since 2005 the university has operated a medical school, Northern Ontario School of Medicine. The Faculty of Medicine offers special fields of study in the medical field.

Laurentian University Admission Requirements
