University Of Science And Technology Ranking

In the ranking of the most famous Polish university conducted by Rzeczpospolita and the educational magazine Perspektywy in 2019, AGH was chosen as the fourth best university in Poland and the second best technical university. 

In a survey conducted by the Polish edition of Newsweek in 2007, the AGH University of Science and Technology was chosen as the third best technical university in Poland and the fourth best among all Polish universities.

The university’s ambition is to enable its students to acquire knowledge at the intermediate level, which is recognized in Poland. For this purpose, the following steps have been introduced: intensification of foreign language learning, integrated studies with a double diploma (AGH and a university abroad), the possibility of holding practical training abroad, individual tailoring of the curriculum.

In 2019, the Academic Ranking of World Universities (AWRU) placed the university in the 601-700 range globally.
