The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) has unveiled an exciting opportunity for emerging global leaders through its participation in the Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2026. Organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), this initiative reflects PCNS’s ongoing mission to nurture leadership and foster international collaboration across regions and disciplines.
From March 2 to 11, 2026, selected fellows will participate in an intensive program based in New Delhi, India. This immersive experience is scheduled to coincide with the Raisina Dialogue (March 5–7), India’s foremost conference on geopolitics and geo-economics. Co-hosted by ORF and India’s Ministry of External Affairs, the Raisina Dialogue brings together high-level policymakers, global thinkers, and industry leaders to address the most pressing challenges of the international system.
The Raisina Young Fellows Programme offers a unique platform for exceptional young professionals from various fields—politics, diplomacy, media, civil society, academia, and business. Fellows will engage in high-level policy discussions and in-depth exchanges on key global issues, including:

The Raisina Young Fellows Programme is not just a professional development initiative—it is a transformative experience that fosters global awareness, critical policy insight, and leadership growth. Participation in this program reinforces PCNS’s broader mission to build leadership capacity throughout the Global South and to bridge policy communities across borders. Through initiatives like this, PCNS continues to play a key role in cultivating a new generation of globally minded changemakers.
Interested applicants should submit their materials through the Policy Center for the New South website. The selection process will identify three outstanding members of the PCNS youth community who reflect the organization’s values of excellence, integrity, and international engagement.
